We put fresh bedknives and ground the reels again on the greens mower. We also lowered the height of cut down.
We start the year out at 0.125 inches and the lowest we can go down is .110" without stressing the grass out excessively and getting a good quality cut with our greens mower.
We lowered the height this morning from 0.125 inches to 0.115 inches which is a significant drop after fresh reels and bedknives and vertical ting earlier this week.
Going to try and verticut next week if the temps stay like this. Trying to pressurize the irrigation system today.
